Payment is made via bacs or cash at the end of the consultation please. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow 24 hours notice. Without this, full payment will be required on the day and the appointment rescheduled. There is a small cancellation charge of £20 to cover the allocated time slot. Thank you for your understanding.
